I have now managed to WinSnap the Logon Screen and deleted everything but the User Picture Icon.Ĭomparing my Screen Grab with the extracted Logon Image and they are pretty much the same - The grab is slightly brighter than the extracted version for some reason. That is indeed the file I was looking for it seems. I had missed the Package Download Button (Top Right) and only seen the references to the Hero Wallpaper. I compared this (visually) with the logon screen background on my PC and it looks very close (if not exactly the same).ĭon The package deviantart includes an extracted file (Windows 10 Login Screen Background.jpg), and when I downloaded the package and compared it with the other files from \windows\web, I could see a difference in the lighting/fog effect, as you described.
